At Blue Barn Woodcrafts, we want you to love your purchase. Because many of our items are handmade and custom, our return policy is outlined below.


Returns

Non-Custom Items

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom or Personalized Items

  • Custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Please double-check all customization details before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started.

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.
