We make and ship these these in our small shop in North Carolina. There are made from two layers of 1/4 plywood that is sanded, laser cut, painted or stained and assembled. To finish, we spray with at least two coats of Spar Urethane. Note, these door hangers are designed to be displayed on a door that has at least some protection from sun and rain/show.
